Fr. David Koetter, Pastor

Welcome to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Thank you for visiting our site and taking a moment to get to know us. We are a Catholic Community celebrating 100 years of faithful service to our Lord. We are located in beautiful historic Savannah, Georgia and we are a part of the Diocese of Savannah. Currently, we minister to over 700 families in our parish, and we are blessed to have a school of 450 students providing a faith-based education for PreK through 8th grade (to learn more about our school please visit Blessed Sacrament School).  I hope, as you are browsing our website, that it will answer any questions you might have.   But, if you have any questions or are in need of service from our parish, please feel free to contact our parish offices.

Whether you are just visiting or looking for a parish in our city to join, please come and worship with us. I look forward to seeing you at one of our Masses. May God continue to bless you and your family. We look forward to welcoming you.

Fr. David Koetter, Pastor

We are a Perpetual Adoration Parish!

In February, 2018 we officially opened our Perpetual Adoration Chapel.  Since it’s dedication we have been working diligently to fill every hour of every day with Adorers of Christ.

Eucharistic Adoration traces its roots back to the early Church and has become increasingly popular. The Diocese of Savannah visited our new Adoration Chapel and spoke to our previous pastor, Fr. Brett Brannen, about this special form of worship, and the challenges churches have in providing for Perpetual Adoration.

Video was a collaborative effort by the staff at The Diocese of Savannah.

Seeds of Change

Planting Our “Seeds of Change”

New Building Dedication, April 27, 2018

To address our needs and plans we initiated an intensive fundraising effort in 2014 titled “Seeds of Change, Believe in Our Legacy” campaign. Our dreams came true and in 2018 we opened a new, state of the art campus. We are grateful to all of our donors and to everyone who worked so hard to get us to this point, but there is still much to be done.  Please join us as we continue to GROW.
