Ministry for the Homebound

Are you homebound, or know someone who is? Due to the recent worldwide COVID pandemic, more and more people are answering that question, YES! And in order to better serve our parish and our community, Blessed Sacrament is reaching out to our parishioners and fellow Catholics to identify those who are now homebound. So much has changed over the past year, and it is time for us to update parishioner status and to have an accurate list of those who are unable to attend mass. We would like to include the homebound in our prayers, and offer visitation & communion with Holy Eucharist.

Please let us know if you are homebound and would be interested in registering for this new ministry. Let us know if there is anyone in your family, a friend, or a neighbor who you think would be interested in registering for home visits. Please include those in nursing facilities or other care facilities.

We are here for YOU! Please click on the link below to provide this confidential information.
